What we (or anyone else) think genocide means isn't relevant to whether he would call what happened in Iraq, which he was involved in, genocide or not. That would be his own opinion.
It shouldn't be a hard question for him to answer, as he says it shouldn't be about Gaza.
The question isn't rhetorical and it wasn't about satisfying "that Platner is the man in the arena," whatever that is supposed to mean.

As noted in multiple replies, the actual plan from Mayor Zohran Mamdani is for there to be 5 grocery stores. 1 in each borough of the 5 New York City. Not 5 in each of the boroughs, or 25.
