Think it’s not a great example because it’s kind of shallow. Usually help people to explore of recog their values (ie how ideally do they want to spend their time /what brings join & meaning). ‘Being good’ can lead to negative emotions which they seem to equate with gut/truth.

Are you saying emotions are true? This study seems iffy to me as someone who works on anxiety and depression
