I knew W&M making the tournament wasn’t super likely, but

I never want Georgia Southern to go a single day without playing a basketball game ever again

Not saying college players are better, that’s silly, but it’s objectively good basketball even when compared to the NBA.

I straight up disagree.

Greater talent does not equal a greater product.

The rules of the college game creates a more interesting product. Teams actually run different systems and utilize different combinations of player archetypes.

The NBA is grossly homogenous comparatively.

•VMI last won in 1977
•Mercer has not won the SoCon, but last won the ASUN in 2014
•The Citadel has not won the SoCon, but last won the SIAA in 1927

2025: Wofford

Wofford is the 6th different SoCon tournament champion in 6 seasons.
