Hydroxychloroquine and Mefloquine both have severe and potentially permanent neurological damage associated. They're quinoline drugs.
Fluoroquinolone antibiotics are quinolone drugs, derivatives of quinolines, only they're even more potentially damaging/deadly.

Best thread I’ve read in a long time. Personally recalling the side effects of taking Lariam and learning how to take precautions like netting while absorbing how devastating the disease was in the community where I lived and worked.
