While I appreciate Trader Joe’s attempts to support my healthy intake of protein, I could have used one less dead caterpillar 🐛 (or more, though I hope not) in my bagged salad greens today…
Much more common in Asia—we really missed out!
Glad you dont have vEDS; that was an early worry here! cEDS confirmed genetically + hypermobility disorder, too. Pretty similar.
Do you have issues with travel stress & hot weather? (Ask me sometime about our fun tour of Busan, South Korea via ambulance during a heat wave.)
It was a long trip to figure it out, too; the EDS + POTS + MCAS is such a torment nexus of co-morbitities, and that’s before you try to navigate health care providers, insurance, etc.
My wife has MCAS and we were *just* talking about this—for her, Singulair (which she just started) has been so, so helpful. Glad you’re feeling better, it can be so debilitating.
A beautiful view!
i feel like if i was tasked with not starting a war and bringing back US manufacturing jobs, i could have done a better job than this
Same with my Kia EV9. I keep it between 20–80%, plugging it into the L2 charger at home at most once a week for <$10 a pop. No urge to go back.
Even long road trips are perfectly feasible with just a little bit of planning.
Happy St. David’s Day to my friends in Wales—Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus! 🏴
“Gwnewch y pethau bychain” (do the little things) feels more relevant than ever these days, no matter where you are.
Clearly the plural should be “meyers lemon.” 😉
Congratulations! 🍾🎈🎉
Always fun to re-watch (while ignoring its travesty of a direct-to-DVD movie finale).
Fish, though I can’t seem to get away from [the other] Bash, no matter what I do. 😉
Drinks on me

Bash, my favorite clingy dog
That’s a beautiful bridge style.
Looks very similar to the “New” London Bridge (1831) which was sold off to Robert P. McCulloch in 1968 and now stands in Lake Havasu, AZ, USA (even if he only used the exterior masonry).
Similar to the Arlington Memorial Bridge in Washington, D.C., as well.
I miss my portable Aiwa MiniDisc player, circa 2001. That is all.
Very fun, even if I’m terrible at them so far!
#ElixirLang 1.20.0-rc.0 just dropped. 👀 github.com/elixir-lang/...
A beautiful church in a village I hold dear. I briefly lived in Coddenham and worshipped at St. Mary’s as a child, spending a lot of time reading the stories on its walls. Thank you for reminding me of this one.
Very happy to do so! Thanks for all of your hard work on Gleam and its ecosystem.
Justice for Jane! (I hope she makes it home safe and sound.)
🚀 Today is the day 🚀

Google News included a headline for “A drunk raccoon left a trail of bottles strewn across the floor of a liquor store in Ashland, Virginia” alongside coverage of Pete Hegseth.
A screenshot of what Google News saw as related coverage of Pete Hegseth yesterday—maligning a comparatively harmless raccoon.
Who do you know who wants to come work full time on #ElixirLang OSS tooling? (Boosts appreciated!)

Definitely a thing; something I’ve seen in my family (that & a host of fun EDS co-morbidities).
That’s a beautiful area, great choice!
Congrats! 🎊🎉🍾
