Gladiator upgrades are almost all implemented!

I'm creating a gladiator-themed auto-battler roguelite. It's quite early in development but if anything you see interests you, please wishlist it.

Glaide is still shaping up meanwhile organic wishlists reached a 100. I know this number means nothing and we need to reach 5,000 until winter but if you see a group of 100 people on the street that's a large number. Thank you all <3
I tried my hand at capsule art for Glaide but I think it's a bit too static and faces of the characters are weird. I'll sketch another one at some point.
A scene from Cyberpunk 2077 rendered in a style of PC-98 visual novels. Anime-looking Meredith Stout is talking to V after the Flathead mission. The image is limited to 16 colours and features a large, old-fashioned UI framing the illustration.

Hope I got the palette limitations right!
We've got a shop. So close to a full meta progression system based on the gladiator upgrades.
Back from vacation. Nowadays working on an upgrade system. This is the last big step before the demo 1.0 #screenshotsaturday
We made it a bit easier in September patch because it shows you the controls at all times + has feedback monologue when an interaction is not available. In case you want to try again. Thanks for trying it out regardless <3
The whole demo ensemble is in. Pause to see your spirit gladiator (or whatever)
A future possibility
Here comes new challengers
The tiny trick is to add a value that is above 1 tile length to the radius before the final comparison. The final formula becomes x²+y²=(radius+value)². My tile length is 0.16f, but you can go much higher for smaller corner radius. (3/3)
If you mark the tiles using x²+y²=radius² formula (radius=3 in above example) as you would in a non-tile-based game, you might get an awkward shape sticking out at the edges. (2/3)
Small tip to anyone who is developing a tile-based game that also involves radiuses. (1/3)
He's watching yall
I increased the blood, added gibs, flashing, knockback, build preview and build ranges

*whip crack!* No slackin! 😃
Whoa! 76 wishlists on Glaide! It was 41 just yesterday. Someone must have shared it somewhere. Thank you!
I got 38 wishlists!
Wishlist Glaide if you haven't already, the demo is coming soon!

I must say I'm slightly surprised that there has never been a Silent Hill x Resident Evil collab. I know the type of the horror is different but they can definitely make it work if they wanted.
Thank you <3
