The US health care system really stinks, especially for what was a rich country that has now be taken over by oligarchs. We have been lucky sofar in the UK with the NHS, but the US is doing its best to gradually get in. If Nigel Farage ever gets elected as PM, he will destroy the NHS. Worrying! :(

Been saying that for a while. Just look at how fast they can get something done once they want to leave for vacation or whatever - once it is personal to *them*. And since Benefits and Healthcare don't affect them, it's not only not a priority - they fundamentally don't care.

I believe it would be beneficial to American if we were to take away the lifetime healthcare and pensions for elected representatives and made them find healthcare and benefits just like their constituents
