Kids can truly be so awful. I’m glad it tracks for you though! It’s not a huge part of the story but Sylvain reminisces on it and it’s obviously still affecting him as an adult.

I love the idea that Felix’s mom is a snarky lady who makes Felix look like a sweetheart.

But Glenn does have much more of a conscience and in this fic he’s the one who told the adults about Sylvain being in the well so he did save him even though he knew about it and let it happen but yeah. Sylvain doesn’t have great memories of him.

Yeah obviously this is just my headcanon for this fic but I sort of imagined that Glenn gets a bit embarrassed of always hanging out with people younger than him so when Miklan is around he tries to spend more time with him/impress him and of course Miklan is a terrible influence.

I remember too in Dimitri and Felix’s C support Dimitri says “with that mouth of yours, you grow more like your brother every day” which sort of gave me the idea to make him a bit more “mean” although he’s not Miklan level at all but Sylvain saw a crueler side of him then Dimitri or Felix did.

I feel very called out right now.

Honestly Miklan isn’t even a big part of this at all but Sylvain is just constantly convinced he is a terrible person and he has some not so great thoughts when he realizes Dimitri is talking to Glenn’s ghost.

I love how Heroes Felix is always taking about Sylvain. He’s really always on your mind huh buddy?

You worded that so well. This is my biggest issue with it. Although personally I would never use AI I feel like if someone wants to that’s on them. But I want to know. I want it clearly labeled. I hate not wanting to share something because I’m not sure if it’s AI. It’s exhausting.

I think the saddest and most damaging thing about the rise of gen AI is a loss of immediate trust. I can't trust artworks. I can't trust photos. I can't trust videos. I can't trust words. I can't take anything at face value* anymore. Everything has to be "is this AI?" at risk of being misled

From my Dimivain WIP that I am stalling out on but maybe this will help me find some motivation to work on it.
