I ran through a stress cycle exercise. Staff followed along and reported back automatic tears. I’ve decided this trifecta used simultaneously is most effective for managing stress:
1. Mantra/phrase/new thought pattern
2. Body work - we tapped and rubbed fingers together
3. Paced breathing

Update: it’s working. My core strength is improving and my chronic pain is managed. My range of motion has improved and my stress/anxiety/rumination is easily identifiable.
