I got sick and skipped two weeks of training! On a positive side, I'm no longer coughing when doing more than walking - likely gained somewhat immunity from flu closer to the half marathon
Today I still played it safe and walked 19km. Sunny, no clouds, I really wish it'd rain soon

Only downside is that my earphones pauses music constantly because of the waterdrops :(

I injured my knee mid-run almost two months ago and it's finally feeling recovered
I'm afraid to hit the track though, afraid I'll get injured again ;~;
pretty happy with how much I've learnt and grown recently, but I'm already seeing big things to work on and tackle next!
