For freelancers that depend their lifes upon commissions and portfolio exposure, then yes. It's a fulltime job for some artists.

Just because it is difficult, doesn't mean that artists should give up upon said risk altogether

While this is true, a/i datamining is a fairly new issue- I think it's also fair for artists to demand stricter regulations regarding its usage and copyright protections

Regulasi yg kumaksud disini tuh dari intl laws atau pemerintah supaya ngatur kompeni eyai buat ga semena" sih, soalnya mau disana atau disini, tp kompeni eyainya masi bebas nyolong data orang ya sama aja 😔
