Our mutual friends come from more than just the comics department. And some of the bands that were part of this were (or became) Damad, Baroness (John’s band), Mastodon, and Kylesa. Victoria Scalisi was connective tissue. RIP vocal legend!
I ware a Kvelertak T, I listen to their music. They blew me away when I first heard them. I just learned the other night that back in the day, I use to party with John Dyer Baizley, who did the art for that cover. We were part of the art and music scene in Savannah.

we have a sense of process, intent and utility. Context really is informing what we doing as we work and our perspectives more broadly.
I’m at medium is comics. Personally have no use for genre. And “graphic novel” is a trap for cartoonists in social situations.

Mine was named Turtle. Raised from a kitten. Mom moved in similarly to my best friends house and had a litter in their kitchen. So we got Turtle (identical to yours). This describes them well. House boss.
