It's wild bc everyday I pick up my kid, they tell me about their day and are happy to see me and talk to me and MAN I've only ever kind of liked one of my parents but not even enough to want to talk about my day, I couldn't put on headphones and blast music quick enough with the other parent

Sometimes I'm still surprised at the fact my kid likes me bc it just shows me every day how it's actually not hard to be nice or normal to the children you create
