Still, I’ve provided all the proofs and evidence I can. Hoping it turns out in my favour🤞

Recently had my first dispute for Nuxt SaaS Kit.
LemonSqueezy has been super helpful in guiding me through it. I don’t feel I deserve to lose, but looking at the stats (most disputes go against sellers), I’m not too optimistic.

Haven’t had much time to focus on it lately. Most of my energy has gone into building DataSync and getting it through monday approval.
The next step is to finally make good on those updates I have been stalling on. Once DataSync is approved, I’ll block out time to get these done (hopefully not too long from now 🤞).
Next priorities for NSk:
- Update dependencies & components
- Move to Nuxt 4
- Add Stripe integration 💳
- Improve the admin dashboard

Big progress on my monday.com app 🚀 (now called DataSync).
✅ 43.3% approved
🔴 40% must be completed
🟡 10% not a blocker
🟣 6.7% not relevant
QA has been super supportive, jumping on calls and answering all my noob (and sometimes frustrated) questions 🙏
The landing page is ready, too. Once approved, I can launch immediately!
My goal this week is to hopefully cross the finish line 🏁

The best thing this month gave me was discovering Lukas González. Been living in his songs ever since.
yeah, I'll try again this week. I already made a change of name and bought another domain for it. So working on fixing everything else
Sync2Monday got rejected from the monday.com app marketplace. The app helps users connect any external API to their Monday boards and import data without all the manual setup.
Simple idea. I thought I was ready to publish.
Instead, I got hit with multiple rejections. 🧵

Submitted my first monday.com app for approval.
It’s called Sync2Monday, and it helps you automatically pull data from any API into your boards.

Deploying my Nuxt application on Coolify takes about 15 minutes using the default Nixpacks settings. Surely this isn’t normal, right? Are there any tips or tricks to speed up the process?
Feels like starting all over again.
Lesson: if you’re building on someone else’s platform, read the rules carefully first. It could save you days/weeks of rework.
So now I have to:
- Rebrand the entire app (new name + new domain)
- Recreate all accounts/services tied to the old email/domain
- Add monetization earlier than I wanted (maybe a blessing in disguise)
That means if 500 users adds the app to their workspace while it’s free, I’m obligated to give all 500 of them unlimited premium access forever.
On top of that, you can’t use Stripe, LemonSqueezy, or any external payment system.
Monday provide a monetization system, so you have to use that.
The second was about monetization. My plan was to launch free → get users + feedback → and then figure out monetization later.
But monday’s policy says if people install your app while it’s free, they get lifetime access to all features, even ones you make paid in the future 🤯
There were a bunch of issues, but two stood out that had the biggest impact.
The first was the name. Apparently, you can’t use “monday” in your app’s name or domain, which means "Sync2Monday" was dead on arrival.
I should’ve caught that in the submission policy. But I didn’t.Rookie mistake.

I like the event capturing and session replays. I was using Microsoft Clarity for the latter, but the PostHog version is more intuitive and has a better UX
PostHog can feel intimidating at first. But once you set it up and get the hang of it, it becomes a game-changer for truly understanding how people use your product.
