Keep going! Everything you write will be better than the last attempt, especially if you get feedback from other writers. I can see now how Undercover Angel is a huge improvement on my first book (about trolls), even if that (temporarily) got me an agent and saw me out on sub! #ukteenchat

I think having the first one published and receiving lovely reviews gave me the confidence to just go for it with book 2 and throw in all sorts of nonsense and jokes. And I can tell you now that book 3 will be completely chaotic... Everyone’s in it! #ukteenchat

Yes, I went over to the Wirral 😱😂 and did an assembly at Birkenhead School for Y3-6 and then two workshops with Y4 about developing characters! #ukteenchat

Quite a few school visits locally and events at libraries. They’re exhausting but it’s the only way to get to readers! For book 2, I did an Insta event at the Reader Bookshop, mostly signing books, and making loads of videos of me and the shop and uploading them. I got to work the till! #ukteenchat
