Truly glorious score.
Holy Toledo! I stand corrected.
Which was black and white.
This isn't from TOS. This is from the original unaired pilot with a different cast.
I'm amazed they bothered with it being black and white originally

One thing I tried for a bit was the rule in Numenera that you could only carry so many cyphers at once or they would possibly fizzle out from interference or even explode. This encouraged use.
Eventually I just got real about encumbrance and went with slot based and made all trinkets take a slot.
The Starship Enterprise - one of only 12 such ships in the fleet. The Flagship of the Federation. Klingons fear it. Romulans desire it.
This...is not your ship.
This is. (que the USS York) beep beep!
The first thing you'll noticed about the Doctor of War is that he's unarmed...unless it's with an anti-Dalek disintegrator, of course!

because even if it is, they can only use it once. This was way before Numenera and it's clear he was thinking this way when he created Cyphers. At any rate this is just to say I totally agree with this tip. ๐
I remember ages ago when he was still doing d20 stuff, Monte Cook put a paragraph or two in one of his d20 RPGs (probably one of the Arcana series) where he argues that one-time magic items are the best because you can hand them out frequently and you don't have to worry about one being overpowered
I am sending up prayers for comfort for you and your family. ๐
That's not to say AI is good, it is most certainly bad, but sometimes bad things can help us appreciate good things in ways we hadn't before. My drawings are crap, but they are real and made by a real person.
I read a similar sentiment a few months ago that inspired me to start drawing myself. It's total garbage and likely will always be, but I look upon my scratches now with a strange admiration that I never would've had it not been for AI. I can say, "A living, breathing, human made this. It is mine."

A list of attributes describing the differences between honey bees and wasps. It is satirical, implying wasps are demons. Both are necessary to our ecosystem, but wasps are just really damn annoying.
As this part of the world enters Spring, it's important to know our insect friends!

A street. Anthropomorphic lions dressed in tuxedos walk down the street. Caption reads: Spring is here and the dandy lions are everywhere.
Spring is here and so is my favorite spring meme. ๐
Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God. Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows. Luke 12:6-7 - ESV

A crumpled traffic cone looks suspiciously like the Sorting Hat with the caption, "Better be...Gryffindor!"
Some poor animal met its demise along the road I take to work each day. Lately I've been praying for the decomposition process to hurry its work. The smell is overwhelming as the temps reach 80 here.
