Kinger is on his knees, with his hands out in front of him looking concerned at Caine. Caine is on his back kicking and holding his hands up defensively, he is crying hysterically. There is an overlay of a double barrel shotgun being held by kinger, it had the Red Screen of Death text in it. It is aimed at the back of Caine's head.
