Leaving Dumfries & Galloway for the first time in a while, Karen delivered a fantastic Tai Chi workshop to nearly 300 delegates. She helped them #relax and set a calm tone for a day of learning and connection...
and lately, she's had two major #goals: to teach others the benefits of Tai Chi, and to take a trip away from home. In September, at our #OneCapability Staff #Conference, Karen was given the chance to take a huge step forward in both these areas...
