Our cyclist doctor client was hit by a left turning driver who failed to yield. They suffered a broken wrist/PTSD. The driver was charged w Carless Driving. W no notice to the victim, the charge was dropped. The prosecutor said there was no reasonable prospect of conviction...on a left turn case.
