A painting I created showing vibrant and thick brushstrokes of color: a red and orange cliff with green shrubs growing down the side from the light green tuft at the top. Distant mountains compete whether the Pyrenees or somewhere else. Forest covered Hillsides and meadows sit beneath the range of mountains. A slim sky of pinks and blues and fading clouds hover above the blue mountains.

When the land is involved, the planning changes. You meditate, listening longer.

A watercolour drawing of the well-known central London church St-Martin-in-the-Fields, triumphantly designed by Scottish architect James Gibbs. He didn't design the six red telephone boxes though - that was Sir Giles Gilbert Scott who was also responsible for Battersea Power Station.

Time for another one of my old London paintings. I completed this one on a crowded street and the main focus is St Martin-in-the-Fields but I also enjoyed dashing in the passing people with a few pen strokes. This went into an exhibition and sold immediately.

Oil pastel of the vintage fashion stall that was the a colourful highlight on Cambridge market for many years. The proprietors have other vintage outlets now. This was sold a while ago.
