Great article! It reflected my experience at the protest I attended in a purplish/red community just outside Chicago. While I walking over, I was amazed at the number of ppl streaming over with me to the site holding US flags and homemade signs. It was inspiring and gave me hope
The protest I went to gave out cow bells! While I didn’t take one, a lot of ppl put them to good use
My parents retired near Bellingham WA. They have since passed but I always enjoyed the peacefulness and quiet I felt there. Washington is a beautiful state. I can’t wait til I have a chance to visit again
