When you finish an amazing audiobook and you HAVE to get the hard copy….as well as it’s Spanish version 🤷🏽♀️🔥📖

Can attest to this being true when I was in high school and undergrad unfortunately. Took a lot of self-discovery to trace the impact he had, truly shocking he's not at the forefront of American #music education.

This is so true, if a book touches you, it doesn’t matter how and when, just that it does. Happy reading!
The sun setting over land with the orange rays on the see.
“I believe that each of us carries a bit of inner brightness, something entirely unique and individual, a flame that's worth protecting. When we are able to recognize our own light, we become empowered to use it.” Michelle Obama - The Light Within Us
My gift to you today. Happy Saturday. #EduSky

A small waterfall cutting through some woods. There are brown autumnal leaves on the floor.
It’s in Powys in Wales.
Isn’t that lovely that there are little places all around the world that have lookalikes!
After joining here I deleted both the @LearnerLedLdr account and @DisabilityEdUK account. It made me very happy.
This week is full of visits to my wonderful schools.
Such a pleasure to spend time with the most amazing mainstream schools, special schools and Alternative provisions across the country.
I really am blessed.

Looking forward to this!
I don’t even care what the topic is; I just miss the conversations we used to have on EduTwitter

The sun shining on the sea on a cloudy day. The sunlight is muted in the sky.
Here’s the sun and sea today. A lovely sunny November day to take some inspiration from. #EduSky
Hands, teeth and ears and the edges of things. There is also much more symmetry in AI generated that I can see. Also, thinking about human photographers do they focus on compared to a AI constructed image. I hope the research isn’t to teach AI to do it better!
I got all of the first seven I saw right. There are definitely things to check on an AI generated photo.
I love a paperback. I find hardbacks too heavy to hold. I found audiobooks great for studying.
Just a reminder for newskies that we make the algorithm here so it's helpful to post, like and repost as you pass through. You won't get notifications when someone shares your share so you do have to get used to doing it without that dopamine hit. It's just for the sheer community goodness of it! 😊
Where was this taken? It’s very similar so somewhere I know in the Elan Valley.
Love your lab coat!
Love this! Saying for the hundredth time by 9.00am “tuck your shirt in.” Oh the UK education system with our quaint uniforms!
I’ve just downloaded it for a listen. Thanks @jaynemoobs.bsky.social and @irvinewelsh.bsky.social for the recommendation.

Last night, thx to Healing Justice London.
We shared experiences of disciplining and surveillance of Muslims, impact of #Islamophobia on communities. We talked about hope, faith and resistance. Ofc with #Palestine on our minds, in our 💚. Thank you to all who supported.

It is indeed, I was wondering how often, how many coaches, what framework for change etc.

Patagonia is breathtaking, the ever changing light & weather is what makes it so very special. In Torres del Paine National Park, a spot lit iceberg is dwarfed by mountains already in the shade, except for the jagged summit, bathed in the warm afternoon sun.
This is what I love about Patagonia! After a 3 am start and 12 km hike to mount Cerro Torre, I was surrounded by drizzle and clouds. It was miserable. But just a few minutes later I was graced by the most beautiful light!
An unforgettable morning in Patagonia's Torres del Paine National Park. Gale force winds transform the calm turquoise waters of Lago Pehoe into a raging sea, blowing away crashing waves and literally lifting the water off the surface!
Glorious Mount Fitz Roy emerges from the clouds, as strong winds put an end to a cloudy morning. Patagonia is challenging to photograph, the mountains can be hidden for days, but when they clear, the beauty is unmatched!
A few reasons why I love Patagonia!📷

Good news for once!
We’ve found a 300-year-old coral that’s so big it’s visible from space. It’s now considered the world’s largest. Best of all: it’s not yet harmed by climate change & global warming.
It’s being called a beacon of hope. Let it also be a call to action! #DoSomething 🧵
This is one of my
