*Curb Your Enthusiasm music plays*
Though I will say it was because of timing. The Amazing Maurice was the only kids movie besides Puss in Boots, and The Pout Pout Fish was right between Hoppers and Mario (not to mention releasing the same weekend as Project Hail Mary).

And just when I was starting to get more into superhero movies...
Will still see the Endgame re release though, as it was before AI.
Commercial for the Denny's Masters of the Universe tie in...the mint ice cream pancakes look so good!
Home Movies time!
Mutuals & me
Last week I got a perfect 5/5 of my predictions right so next weekend:
1. Michael $90M
2. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie $16M
3. Project Hail Mary $13M
4. Lee Cronin's The Mummy $6M
5. The Drama $2.5M
Today is the 1 year anniversary of Sneaks, and right around the time the Sneakers O'Toole meme is resurfacing...
Saw it in theaters, and while better than Smurfs it was still really really bad. At least Briarcliff redeemed their animation department with Stitch Head...
Not even kidding...this is it.
youtu.be/Zd91xPMPYXM?...
What especially felt weird about seeing my theater still have The Pout Pout Fish standee up was that you can watch the full movie for free on YouTube...even though it just came out.
Ah. Then I'm surprised they didn't do more restaurant tie ins for Hoppers or at least promos on snacks.
Toy Story 5 will likely be IHOP then...guess Disney didn't have a good relationship with McDonald's during their partnership.
Seems DreamWorks also stopped doing McDonald's, Illumination has been McDonald's MVP of the animation studios.
Very much liked seeing Brian the bear's perception of humans in this Northern Tails episode! As we're now in homestretch, we have one more episode next week and hoping for a season 3!

There's going to be a Mystery Movie on my birthday, and putting the clues together it's The Sheep Detectives!
This should be a fun weekend, as The Devil Wears Prada 2 comes out and I might even see The Sheep Detectives on my birthday which I cannot wait to see both.
Did hear AniMat and Mr. Coat got into a fallout or some drama, but they're on good terms again.
Just noticed the first review he put these logos at the end of was Epic and the last review he put them at the end of was Ferdinand.
Both are Blue Sky Studios, which makes for a funny coincidence (RIP to the studio).
Was surprised too...they used to do these in March and then the summer, now in November for some reason.
The next Kids Choice Awards will be on November 14...
I think K Pop Demon Hunters will stand the test of time enough to still win Favorite Animated Movie, but I have absolutely no idea what will win Favorite Movie.
Still puzzled that Puss in Boots The Last Wish didn't get a Favorite Animated Movie nomination at the Kids Choice Awards, as the first one even won the award.
It could've won over Rise of Gru had it been nominated as it was much more recent and was loved by everyone.
Could see Viva tossing it like Buffalo Kids, then it dissappears after a week.
Viva Kids is releasing The Last Whale Singer on June 5, which is the worst time possible...
Is the same weekend as not only Masters of the Universe but also The Amazing Digital Circus finale, so it doesn't get any time before Toy Story 5 in 2 weeks.
Viva picks a lot of terrible dates.
I also forgot that Monster Mia movie was coming out...could see Briarcliff acquire it for a Halloween release seeing how Stitch Head didn't do that bad for a Briarcliff release.
After Mario and not being all that impressed with You Me and Tuscany, I need to see Project Hail Mary again!
Finished The Amazing Digital Circus, and I definitely get the hype!
Cannot wait for the finale movie. There's an AMC and Regal showing it which I haven't been to either in a while, or I might go to Showcase.
Surprised no American distributor has gotten Miss Moxy, as Flow proved people love cute cats.
Seems perfect for Viva Kids, it's something they'd usually acquire. Or maybe Briarcliff could also grow their animation library with it, as they don't have many releases in the future.
5AM on Monday morning means time for Home Movies!
You Me and Tuscany was decent.
Kinda cheesy but Halle Bailey definitely shines and is pretty engaging.
Not a need to see in theaters but maybe for a date or night out with friends.
