It's been a hot minute since ive seen the episode but if I recall correctly the the whole episode basically cribs from film in a very haruhi fashion

If there is any downside to watching Chobits it's that the op is pretty unskippable and hearing one Roundtable banger makes my brain go "you totally wanna listen to groovin magic next" and that thought makes me wanna watch diebuster
