Had fun covering the @aldiusa charcuterie chalet pop up today. Most fun part wasn't the charcuterie boards that were mocking my sweater but the Chicago bean made of white cheddar.
Hard to believe Chicago was covered in snow a few days ago. But the whole thing was kind of perfect, with a dramatic storm blanketing the city in a delightful white fondant that disappeared before we could start hating its dirty slush and fighting about dibs.
