I have a friend who once told me that I don’t tend to spend money on myself. It’s not completely true but true about things I’ve been brought up to think of as extravagant (massages, beauty treatments). so the reminder is mostly for myself.

Reminder to treat yourself to nice things once in a while. I had a rough week and a horrible migraine one day that was so bad I almost threw up. So I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage yesterday and while it was painful I feel so much better for it. Some stuff is worth spending money on
