I hate how it feels like I went on a shopping spree, when in reality I'm just buying "work tools" to keep myself comfortable and supported.
So I treated myself to the most expensive pair of shoes I've ever owned.
I spend ~30% of my life on my feet, and the majority of that is on hard concrete. So this is really an investment, not an indulgence.
Less pain means less work missed, and fewer doctor visits to correct the pain.
I adulted my ass off the last couple of days 💀
My bank account is crying for it to just *stop* 🤣
But my back, feet, and entire meat-suit structure feel significantly better.
I HATE shopping. Especially for clothes and shoes.
But everything has been aching lately.
