I think so! We are so afraid to share our perspectives because of the potential for offending someone. How can we get better with critical thinking in a society so easily offended?

You are so correct. We need to stop being so afraid of potentially hurting someone’s feeling. Most people are curious and want to understand the other side. But we have this very loud minority that is easy offended and scares away curiosity.
It is so incredibly important to be able to have those deep conversations! It not only a grows us, but it challenges our perspectives of the world.

It’s true, in the ACA (American Counseling Association) code of ethics, it makes it unethical. If you’re in these field you should carefully consider your beliefs before choosing a specific field.

I was thinking last night, how cool would it be to see an episode of any Star Trek show, pre-prime directive that showed exactly why the prime directive was established! It makes sense why, but after watching Star Trek: Enterprise, I think it would be a cool episode
