marbelous
The lego scorpion tail looks really nice (or marbelous?) tho speaking of BND

I think Blista should join the ninja team.
As someone who isn't into battling, it was fun for a day and now I don't really care. VP economy seemed easy enough. Battle Passes sound expensive.
Frankly, I just want the abilities for Megas to fill out a spreadsheet.
At this point, Brand New Day might be the last Marbel movie I watch.
I also haven't heard much talk about it. Personally I'm probably on the negative side on this one, but I don't hate the show either. I just feel like not a lot happened in it, it doesn't really get going and then it ends abruptly.
I see the XY, but I also thing Darkrai's resemblance to AZ is not a coincidence either.
Loved that the twist of Thunderbolts* became the sole focus of the marketting campaign after the premiere... because god forbid you watch a movie the week after the premiere weekend.
I'm confused why people expected it to. Who is actually battling with a Staryu? A few make sense. They have Pikachu, I'm betting Eevee, Scyther, maybe Meowth, Metapod, and Duraludon too. They said from the start it wouldn't have all PokΓ©mon, ofc the first to get cut are the ones no one would use.
I assume whether you watched the Johto anime growing up or not is a huge factor here. Personally, anything between Charizard Chills and Advance was a giant gap for me.
Ditto has shareholders?!
Does Platinum break the pattern?
Been a hot minute since I touched the games extensively, but the SV issue is that every animation and dialogue is in a sequence, so for Burn, for example, you'll have the burn animation, then the HP bar animation, and after that the dialogue "was hurt by burn". These could occur overlappingly.
In FRLG, the HP bar decreases at a constant rate, this means 1 dmg and the full HP bar take significantly different time. In modern games, the rate is proportional to damage dealt, meaning a 1-hit KO drains quickly, which not only doesn't waste your time but also illustrates the severity of the hit.
Watching someone play FRLG and seeing how slow the HP bar moves ...
The most agonizing thing for me about SV is that the battle screens take too long (for some reason slower than prior games), I'm not sure I can handle Gen III.
I think you need to work on being more polite to fellow fans.
I'm with you in that the question is phrased as a hypothetical, although I think in context, it can be interpreted that Doc intended to answer latter. But ultimately only Doc can clear that up definitively.
But then when it comes to the actual content - enemy design, balance changes, etc. - it feels like there is a certain amount of bad faith. Yes, this is unapologetically a War Strider hate post.
It really is a rough game to follow. I think that fundamentally the game's ideals for what a live service game could be are much needed, and need validation. It has to work to prove live service games don't need all those predatory practices.
People buying farmable super credits in Helldivers 2 is basically like crowdfunding for everyone to get free updates.
Previously it's been said the black Skeletons in the Crossroads are just black Skulkin, and not the Awakened Warriors. I think the credits and/or subtitles of Crashing Together reflected that too?
Me: Factual statement, with a source to back it up.
Reddit users: Well you're wrong because that's not my opinion (also I didn't actually read what you said). It's just like how X is like Y.
(X is not like Y.)
Also worth noting that for comparsion that SV, while not as broken, was also not in a great state at launch. Does this make SV a bad game? IDK. But first impressions hold a lot of weight. It's certainly something that always comes to my mind when I think of the game.
Although ofc, I think HMs can be handled better than the ride PokΓ©mon or Bidoof. I think LZ's direction is one I favor, alhough there should probably also be a tooltip on non-battle effects moves.
Personally, I think a lot of my frustrations with BDSP are the ones I would have with the original games too if I played those... Or even with XY. For instance, I find I don't like random grass/cave encounters. But BDSP does have some QoL changes still, like box access or removal of HMs.
At its core, it's DP, which were games people liked. The issues afaik come down to a) expectations set by ORAS for the remakes to have a significant twist (although there is LA instead), b) the unstable state of the game at launch, and things like 'faithfully' porting bugs, or Spinda being broken.
W :)
Claiming these companies are trustable because they're known is insane. Yes, they are known -- known for all the ways they are truly your enemies. Fighting lesser fish in the tech industry is an irrelevant distraction.
Google, Meta, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft. None of them should be allowed to continue to exist in their current forms. It's been ridiculous growing up and seeing people be bootlickers to Apple or MS or giving their all to Google or Meta.
Damn, not even One?
Curious, because I've also noticed different patterns in purring depending on if it's during cuddles or if it's while begging for food.
