I could not agree more @ebtapper.bsky.social ! Of course EUS PPG can have complications (as any invasive procedure) and PVT seems to me a really logical complication in patients with PH due to PSVD/NRH; it develops spontaneously in 9%/year- guess if you add a local factor such as puncture!
