I also need to say, that my work is comfortable and it's 6-8 h/day.
And my way is not the best way for promotion in art social media, however I can make a slow growth 💖

I decided to change my schedule with 60% fulltime work and 40% for drawing. On practice it's 70% and 30% or even 80-20. Still I can comfortable spent 2 hours after work for drawing at least 3 days a week or take some free time between tasks at work or draw early in the morning before work.
