Also one thing that’s kind of interesting in the evolution of SW fiction is that it used to emphasize imperial genocide of nonhumans specifically and now we’re just as likely to see them oppress any marginalized cultures, whether they are human or not. We see Mando “marked” more than Quarren etc.

No one had a bad word to say about him in the oral history. Everyone on set was just in awe of him and wanted to help him have a good experience. In return he was incredibly sweet to the young actors and worked well with the directors.

One of my favorite things Zombie did was cast Harris as Annie Brackett, so EVERY entry in the Halloween series except 6 features Curtis or Harris. (Curtis has a vocal cameo in III).
