Hey I just wanna point this out and be super clear on this.

If you're a writer out there and you're using AI for stuff, even if you're making excuses and saying 'oh, it's just for this' or 'it's not for my actual drafting' or whatever else...

I don't respect you. You aren't my peer. Not sorry.

In 1933, residents in Blairmore, Alberta voted in Canada's first communist town council.
The council brought in relief payments for the unemployed, replaced Remembrance Day with a celebration of the Russian Revolution and put a tax on purebred dogs.
This is the story.

A hiking path up a mountain

A hiking path up a mountain

I have been wanting to hike for YEARS but unable because of my spine injury.

It’s taken one year and four months of determination and working hard on my mobility, but today I DID IT.

I could cry. You people have no idea. I never, ever thought I’d be able to do anything like that ever again. ❤️

Toller Cranston captured mid-air in a dramatic leap, wearing a bright red, form-fitting outfit with a yellow long-sleeve top underneath. His arms are extended gracefully above and behind him, and his legs are bent in a dynamic pose. He has curly hair and is looking toward the camera. Behind him is Toronto City Hall, with its two curved towers and central council chamber. A Canadian flag is visible to the left, and a group of people sit along the edge of the skating rink below, watching.

Rick Moranis seated indoors on a wide windowsill, looking off to the side. He is wearing glasses, a dark long-sleeve polo shirt, and light-colored pants, with his hands loosely clasped in his lap. Behind him are large windows showing a green, tree-filled landscape outside. The room has light-colored walls, a framed artwork on the wall, and a long built-in cabinet beneath the windows. The Hollywood Reporter logo appears in the top left corner.

Colour photograph of Pierre Trudeau seated at a small table beside Queen Elizabeth II as she signs a document. Queen Elizabeth II wears a teal coat and matching hat, with medals pinned to her chest, and holds a pen over the paper. Pierre Trudeau, seated to her left, wears a dark suit and looks toward the document. Several men in formal suits stand around them, leaning in and observing. The scene takes place on a red-carpeted platform with a rope barrier in the foreground.

On April 17, 1982 on Parliament Hill, Queen Elizabeth II proclaimed the new Constitution Act.
This transferred the country's highest law from the British Parliament to Canada's federal and provincial legislatures.

Large group of people gathered in an open dirt area with numerous horse-drawn wagons and teams of horses. Many individuals stand around the wagons, while others sit inside them. In the background, a long freight train with multiple railcars stretches across the scene, and a tall wooden grain elevator stands to the right. The people wear early 20th-century clothing, including hats and long coats. The ground appears dry and uneven, and the setting suggests a busy staging or arrival point near a railway line.

So #Alberta- what are we gonna do?! Are we ready to become a gerrymandered province? Are we going to just accept that our #UCP government is corrupt and are going to cheat to ensure election results they need? When do we take it to the streets?

If you have a degree from a fancy University, but believe:

Money printing doesn’t cause inflation;
Net-zero policies create prosperity ;
Governments can pick winners and losers better than free markets;

Then you have been badly educated.

Remember, lots of world leaders with impressive degrees have inflicted great harm on their countries.

Carney’s diplomas can’t cover up the fact he had a terrible tenure at the Bank of England.

Or that he is giving Canada the worst economy in the G7.

He's doubling down.
Incredible.
