It does use air from the suit. When you squeeze it, it forces air back through the squeaker into the suit. When you let go, air flows back through the squeaker to fill the sheath until it’s full. The sheath is sealed so no air leaks out

Testing husky pants

We had to cut ties with the factory that was doing our heavy duty butt seams due to some trust issues. We are actually setting up with another factory that does these heavy duty seams now but will be some time before we can give them orders.

This one is made using reinforced seams which starts as a pinch seam and then the seam is welded again a second time flattening it out with an additional strip of reinforcing pvc added behind it. It is actually a bit stronger than lap seams due to the extra reinforcing material added.

Remember, wearing an inflatable suit is just like choosing to go sky diving or scuba diving. It is just as dangerous and many people don’t understand why you would! Some of us love it and are willing to take the risk because it feels amazing! Just remember to always take precautions and play safe!
