Community spaces where neighbors, friends, and family spend time together and share joy should be plentiful. We believe open streets belong in every neighborhood in Chicago.

Lincoln Square open to the people was so joyous. Don't be discouraged by car brained reactionaries. The street was consistently crowded with children playing/laughing, adults drinking/eating/shopping, and smart buisnesses capitalizing on the crowd.
Soaking up the lasts bit of sun and joy. I am once again in awe of the beautiful place our community has created.
There is one pedestrianized street in Chicago and it is wildly popular.

Lincoln Ave in Lincoln Square. Broadway in Lakeview. Milwaukee in Wicker Park. 53rd & Hyde Park. 18th Street & Blue Island in Pilsen. The options are endless. All Chicagoans deserves access to pedestrian-only streets.
