Pt.7 Since this IS my photography journal journey page. In honor of @thelongdark.bsky.social here is a photo of the only aurora ive been able to get on my camera a few years ago. Cloudy aurora was meh but couldnt help but think of the game when I took it.
This is so awesome. Ep 5 was beautiful btw. See you worked on it and just thank you to you and all your colleagues too. Teared up at the end (also on the train when the aurora was going - i dont even know why but it got me).
Pt.6 So again. Thank you @hinterland.bsky.social for your years of work and dedication. Ill truly never forget the way the scenes, auroras, nature, wolves, snow, wind etc made me feel. This game made me feel so many ways. Cant wait to play it again, survive another 1000 days and play BLACKFROST.
Pt5 The subtle Canadian flag as Will recorded and the proud way he hung up his business card. Idk. The message just hits different in 2026 (perhaps im just an incredibly ashamed american in part). It was a beautiful game moment.
Pt4 THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Even though this game was years in the making the ending left a note that worked for the story and works for the age we live in irl. Willa call of “i dont know what happens next but help each other” seriously made me tear up…..
Pt3 theres so much im forgetting need to play it again but the last chapter was particularly meaningful. To see Will and Astrid back again hit like a bag of bricks. The radio sign off. The emotions at the tower. Cant believe you did my guy will dirty and took away his gun tho hahahaha. All in all….
Pt2 the mine was super fun to navigate but my favorite part was getting my boy will STRAPPED with a new gun and gear and rampaging on aurora wolves. Perseverance Mills was cool. The suzuki tower even cooler. The TRAIN. Thought it was awesome and then it hit night and riding around in the aurora 🥹

Photography heals me. Had plans to go to Portland but as we got closer, ended up stressful for me (Mex-Amer) as ICE threatened raids on #NoKingsDay. Part of me wanted to avoid the city but we decided living would be our protest that day
