Rotoscoped animation from my new short that ideally should make you feel somewhat uncomfortable maybe.
PARTRIDGE AND MOULDING out this Friday on the YouTube and the Newgrounds
Over three panels, a mound of snow melt’s away under the sun, revealing the Spirit logo underneath. “Each year around March 21st (in the north temperate zone) the sun enters the sign of Aries. At this period the position of the Earth’s axis is at a 90 degree angle to the sun, and the day and night are equal the world over. This year, on Sunday, March 20, at 5:49pm EST, the vernal equinox will begin. From this point until the summer solstice, when the sun attains its greatest northern declination, the first of the four seasons occurs…and it is called…Spring…”

A man stands near a street lamp on a corner at night. He is leaning on a wall, mostly obscured by shadow, but his feet are in the light. Paper scraps on the ground form “The Spirit” with a small piece of paper below that reads “by Will Eisner.”
A black and white drawing of a very similar street lamp on a corner but without the paper or person.
The Spirit from February 22, 1942. Art by Will Eisner & letters by Sam Rosen. As noted in The Outer Space Spirit collection, this Spirit page inspired the accompanying drawing by a 15 year old Wally Wood.
Ending scene from 1944’s Plane Daffy directed by the great Frank Tashlin. Obviously the best cartoon endings are the ones where nazis (in this case Goebbels and Goering) shoot themselves
A color photo of Romita holding the original art for one of his covers.
The famous panel of Mary Jane's first appearance, and three covers by Romita: Captain America #78 (1954), and Amazing Spider-Man #39 & #50.
Today is the birthday of legendary comic artist John Romita (Jan. 24, 1930-June 12, 2023).

Some days ago I had an artist’s block: all I was drawing sucked and so I stopped and did other works. Sometimes we need to stop a bit to decompress. After that I made this drawing and the artist’s block was gone.
Beautiful!👏

I wouldn't say creepy. I think it's very beautiful pieces of art. That happens to have a dark sense of humor.

Late night woiking!!!
I know it's deplorable. But for me I have high hopes for this stuff. You know what I mean. And I don't feel the need to quit. I feel like I have to continue. I just had that feeling that my guy. You know what I mean.
I feel your pain. I'm still in retail. It sucks but hey what can you do in this economy when nobody's buying art?
Being a cleaner can be a pain in the ass sometimes but it has its rewards. I know I can't quit my day job because it's important. It's helped me in so many ways for me to create more artwork. Get the supplies I need. Because I give a shit about making art.
Bitch at me in the comments down below XD

Matt Baker what can I say about him. Such a prolific artist way ahead of his time. Was able to contort the figure in so many ways and made it look convincing. Undoubtedly one of the greats to ever hold a pencil in his hand. ✍️🔥
