It's been a long time since I learned something completely new about Git, but today I learned that you can't have a branch called `foo` and one called `foo/bar` at the same time. I guess because stuff under `.git/refs` is Just Files, but it's not something I'd thought of before.

Who the fuck at StackOverflow decided to render the timestamp of comments on answers as "over a year ago" no matter how much over a year ago it was? It's hugely unhelpful and implies that comments a year ago or ten years ago are both as unlikely to still be relevant today.

Making an anthology TV series seems like a fascinating and grueling challenge. All of this casting and production design work, and all you get out of it is forty minutes. And in those forty minutes, you need to do all this world building and character development and plot. How do people do it?
