I realised I default to hearing my own voice in my head, and can change the sound of the voice if I think about it

I was wondering how it sounds for people whose voice has changed significantly and if the internal voice changes with it

Same, I do wonder how that'd feel, or if they could imagine a voice in their head 🤔
