What really surprised me about Tombwater is just how well implemented they are. The soundtrack does such an incredible job at setting the mood. The buildup to each boss is thrilling. And the rich exploration feels like tangible progress in each desolate area.
Definitely give it a look.

What a hauntingly great game. Congrats @midwestgames.bsky.social!
Tombwater defies genre conventions to deliver a Western Soulslike that takes the best of Bloodborne in a top-down, pixel art eldritch package.
Here's my latest review.
Yes I will :)
I shouldn't be laughing but...
Ngl it moves so fast it caught me by surprise in the beginning 😂
Witnessing the development of MOTORSLICE over the years has been so encouraging.
Glad it's finally coming out!
Uh, in Kansas?
I really want to play it soon myself. Looks very fun.
That's also a very valid point.
Again, I think I've seen that kind of writing like dropping historical and cultural references, seriously exploring themes that would otherwise be considered silly, and honing in on what doesn't work on the other outlets I mentioned
I will read it. After taking a xanny.
Marrow Marrow enjoyer 🤝
I love when indie devs are all like "I'll do it myself" instead of waiting around for the next Chao Garden.
Bobo Bay is out April 29!
Lol it's a lot of fun for all intents and purposes
You jest but it would have landed better imo

The devil works hard but Gamer Social Club works harder 😌
Hope all goes well 🙏
I loved Splatoon 3. The day of release. I was then absolutely obliterated every single time I played online. Glad there'll be a single-player game with those fun mechanics.
