IN-GAME TEXT HAD AN AMANI TROLL ACKNOWLEDGING I AM ALSO A TROLL!!!
I'm not expecting much cogent post-colonial analysis from Blizzard but it was such a breath of fresh air that my troll character could advocate against troll genocide for ONCE
Playing the new WoW expansion and I'm genuinely extactic to see Blizzard take steps to treating the Amani trolls as a indigenous people fighting against colonial occupiers.
A knight in armor is resting, and removing a glove.
Lots of my recent stuff is still under nda or Wip, but I am trying to squeeze in some time to simply draw again for myself, so you get a quick knight sketch !
Three panel comic. Panel 1: a guy in a pawn shop talking to the employee at the counter. He has about half a loaf of bread in a bag in front of him. The seller asks, “how much will you give me for this stale bread?” Panel 2: the unsure employee replies, “tell ya what— I got a buddy who’s an expert on this stuff.” Panel 3: a goose in a hat and sunglasses walks confidently through the shop entrance towards the counter.

I stopped reading r/rpg after takes like this were raising my blood pressure near daily. Truly awful platform
Do you think they'd be friends
Never add music to an existing playlist when you're high because you might end up listening to a lot of bad techno that does not hold up sober

Remember when Hayao Miyazaki designed a model kit, and it was a redonculous multi turret tank with a 20 pig strong crew, including chef and waiter? Yeah good times.
A big green mech with a small green pilot.
Got it in my head to attempt drawing a mech. Not in my comfort zone at all but it's fun.
I think I've stumbled on something with a irregular grid-based mass battle system concept I've had. The main point of interest is that the game can be played on a side of A4/A3 and initial playtesting is quite promising
2025 was the year of getting fired twice. I am hoping 2026 will be the year of not getting fired
I've finally gone full sicko and ordered a full 2mm renaissance force. God help me
I'm finally watching the original Gundam series properly and good lord the abridged movies don't do it justice at all
Lieutenant Bright: "I don't like your tone. I'm in charge here!"
Also Lieutenant Bright, immediately after: "You there! Civilian child! What is your military assessment?"

The crux of my issues with the criticism is that the background was mechanically identical to the "normal" dwarf other than dwarf NPCs dehumanising the Ill-formed Dwarf. There's a lot in that metaphor but I particularly resonated with that from the standpoint of an autistic person
I believe it was yes, though I didn't realise you were involved in the subsequent revision process. As you say Troika was not and is not perfect but I am still very defensive of the Ill-formed Dwarf
This happened years ago and is not relevant by any means but I still think the controversy around the Ill-formed Dwarf background from Troika was largely horseshit
It was an incredible piece of metaphor expressed through game mechanics and I think the backlash was wrongheaded
It's getting colder
I would love you even in your century of humiliation (hypothetically)
