We need to teach people the difference between being uncomfortable and being unsafe. Because the discomfort of the safest people is endangering the most vulnerable, all day every day.
This is such a problem with the left, we fall apart with any disagreement or controversy. I'm sorry this went like this! I think you often raise interesting points that really make people think about issues from different points of view.
Sure. I could agree with that.
I feel like we need infrastructure that's safe (for kids! slower people! casual cyclists! People with imperfect bikes!) to ride on the streets with PROTECTED lanes. I never bike anymore. It feels like if we're not super athletic and willing to compete with cars it's not for us. I miss it.
I also wish it was more expensive to park and cheaper (free!) to take transit.
We have been using tidal for years. It’s been great!
Thank you Calgary for reading my book!

🇨🇦 While many of us are looking to “buy Canadian” these days, it can be difficult to figure out how Canadian a product really is. Our publisher, David Caron, has put together 4 pieces to consider when it comes to buying Canadian books: ecwpress.com/blogs/whats-...
A guy walked past yesterday was wearing a highly unflattering (size up, dude!) shirt that said "Make White Babies" and apart from being gross on so many levels, I wonder if the shirt has the effect on the ladies that he's hoping for? Even the racist ones? Anyway, living in Alberta isn't always easy.
