Enough. Voters are ready to get free from hate, free from discrimination, free from the chaos holding this country back.
November is coming, and @hrc.org has a plan to win.
Let's get free, y'all.

The office of the President of the United States used to mean something.
Dignity, respect, the promise of freedom for every community — no matter who you are.
It was leaders like President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.
They will always embody the best of America.
This moment should serve as a wake-up call to every American who cares about civil liberties:
When journalists can be detained for covering protests, none of us are safe. None of us are free.
We need leaders who treat everyone with dignity, give everyone the chance to thrive, and advance equality for all.
Just as they did in states like Virginia and New Jersey last November, voters are going to reject anti-trans fearmongering and send a clear message this year: Equality wins.
A blue-tinted photo of advocates holding a sign that says "I am the American Dream" appears in front of a photo of the White House. White and blue text on top of a red background and ripped white paper texture reads, “One year in. LGBTQ+ Americans are hurting. But we are not defeated.” The HRC logo appears.
NEW DATA: As we round out the first year of the Trump administration, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation surveyed nearly 15,000 Americans on LGBTQ+ topics.
Here’s what we found:
And we must remove ICE and their terror from all our communities before even more preventable violence occurs.
As @governorwalz.mn.gov requested, we join the nation in standing with Minneapolis.
Reports that she may have been part of the LGBTQ+ community underscore how often the most vulnerable pay the highest price. Her family and the people of Minneapolis deserve a full investigation, real accountability, and decisive action.
Today, a woman was senselessly killed in Minneapolis during an ICE action — a brutal reminder that this agency and the Trump regime put every community at risk, spreading fear instead of safety.
When ICE occupies our streets, no community is safe.
What better way to start 2026 than suing the Trump administration? That’s right: HRC Foundation is launching a class action on behalf of federal workers and their families.
We will not sit back and let these dedicated public servants lose vital health care coverage without a fight.
In Roswell, Georgia, longtime LGBTQ+ ally Mary Robichaux flipped the mayoral race and carried the city council.
In Tennessee, Aftyn Behn proved that any seat is up for grabs when candidates prioritize voters' concerns and reject transphobia.
Let's get back to building a future of equality for all.
Last night, equality voters sent a clear message: Americans in every town and city have had enough of fear, division, and the politics of hate.
On a dynamic gradient background of pink, blue and white, blue and white text reads, “Transgender Day Of Remembrance.” The HRC logo appears alongside two images of blue and pink forget-me-nots.
On #TransDayOfRemembrance, we honor our trans siblings lost to fatal violence and their impact.
We will not stop fighting until trans people are not just able to survive, but thrive and live safe, full, and joyful lives. May our collective grief, reflection, and action lead to a better future.
The fact that families like mine continue to live in fear is not OK. And it’s utterly ridiculous that Kim Davis, a 3x divorcee, has the audacity to question my marriage and every other same-sex marriage.
Still, love won yet again. And if an attack like this rears its head again, we’ll be ready.
While the fight continues, I'm grateful to the millions of people who have fought for our love — to Jim Obergefell and Edie Windsor, Kris Perry & Sandy Stier, Paul Katami & Jeff Zarrillo, and to @hrc.org's millions of members and supporters.
Because of you, our marriages and families exist.
Kelley Robinson and Becky George on their wedding day. The red HRC logo is visible.
Being the President of @hrc.org is one of my greatest honors, but no honor is more important to me than being the wife of Becky George and the mother to our children.
The foundation of our democracy rests on inclusive representation and everyone having equal access to the ballot box. The VRA opened doors for millions of Americans, particularly Black Americans, to have their voices heard. We'll never stop fighting, alongside our partners, to protect our freedom.
All of us at @hrc.org feel a profound sense of loss at the passing of Miss Major Griffin-Gracy. Sending our deepest love and sympathies to those who survive her, including her partner, Beck Witt Major, and her five children.
This administration continues to abuse its power to make life harder for Americans—from attacking our health care and eroding public education to undermining our freedom of speech and trust in our government at large. No one should be able to silence those who disagree with them.
To anyone who is feeling the pain of being bombarded with this news on top of the anti-Black, anti-trans vitriol that has increased in the wake of last week’s shooting in Utah, know that your pain is real.
We are here with you.
While little has been shared about Corey Zukatis, no one deserves this kind of terrible end to their life. An investigation is underway.
Trey Reed lit up a room when he walked in. He was a Black student at Delta State, and family and friends say he was a kind soul with a bright future. We know the generational history of racial violence in Mississippi and at Delta State. A full investigation must be followed — full stop.
With National Coming Out Day less than a month away, we’ve highlighted five things you can do RIGHT NOW to show your pride and support for LGBTQ+ equality.
Mark your calendars for National Coming Out Day on October 11, and head to hrc.im/comingout to join us in celebrating the beauty of coming out.
Any elected official who claims to respect basic human dignity must show up and hold this administration accountable.
No one deserves the violence and dehumanization Alice Correia Barbosa endured at the hands of the federal government. And we know targeting immigrants and LGBTQ+ people are not unrelated. It’s all part of Donald Trump’s coordinated attack on liberty and justice.
As a mom who just sent little ones back to school and as a woman of faith, I am devastated that yet again children are dead and more are fighting for their lives after being gunned down at a church and school. How many more of our babies must die before Congress gets weapons of war off our streets?
Every child should be safe in their communities, free from gun violence. As a mom and a person of faith, I'm heartbroken for these families and I'm furious that this carnage continues in America. Our hearts are with the victims and we demand that lawmakers take commonsense action to end this horror.
@hrc.org is hitting the road to share stories that expose the truth, affirm life, and demand justice. Stories like a worsening public health crisis in Ohio following last year's state ban on health care for trans youth.
This week, we kicked off our American Dreams Tour in Columbus.
Let’s remind this country what’s always been true: WE are the American Dream.
Your story, your joy, your dream—they all matter. Share them with us using our official filter and become a part of the American Dreams Tour: AmericanDreamsHRC.org
