Got lots done the past 2 days, and am feeling pretty good about myself!

Today I decided to prep meals, so made 20 beef/bean/cheese burritos w/ many sauces and seasonings in the mix, then 10 overstuffed breakfast ones w/ sausage/red potato/scrambled egg/onion/green pepper/serrano salsa verde/mozza!

My first attempt at making matzo soup from scratch! I fucking love dill and was craving something dumpling-y
