Trying to explain the past 15 years of conference realignment to a six year old and watching confusion, fear, and anger play out on his face
I know this isn’t a “recommend me shows” thread, but have you seen The Good Place? I only ask because it’s what Michael Schur conceived after finishing Parks and Rec, and was given carte blanche to write whatever he wanted.

The words “Mac & More” rendered using the font face from the “Stranger Things” title card. The font closely resembles the one used in the original Mac & More advertisement.

Flyer reads: Dear parents, This month's family project is to create a leprechaun trap. It is very difficult to catch a tricky leprechaun, but our class will have fun trying! There is no right or wrong way to build a leprechaun trap, all you need is a little imagination. You can make the contraption with a net, box, a clean can, or anything else you can think of. Other ideas include: paper towel rolls, empty containers, tin foil, paper, string or yarn, sandwich bags, or how about using an old shoe since they are said to be cobblers? Remember, you have to be very creative to catch a leprechaun. Once you build your trap, don't forget to add bait to help lure in the leprechaun. Since they are very greedy, one of the best things you can use for bait are coins. We will set our traps during St. Patrick's Day week and hope to catch a leprechaun in our classroom. Your child will have an opportunity to share their trap with the class and explain how they plan on catching the leprechaun. Have fun and be creative! This project is due on Friday, March 13 Sincerely, Kindergarten Team
My kindergartener’s homework project for March is to make a trap to catch a leprechaun.
Maybe I’m being oversensitive, but given the year we’ve been having, I really don’t want to workshop a plan for catching anyone.
Jacob Frey was built to preen, let him shine!
Let him do it so well, and his feathers dazzle so bright, that he may be whisked shortly away from the drudgeries of municipal governance.
