Umm…in 1973 the Arab Oil Embargo only decreased exports to the West by 60-70%. Iran stops 100% of oil (not headed to China) by closing the Strait of Hormuz and by (potentially) striking the diversion pipelines. Also, these exports are crucial for fertilizer to feed to world.
