So relieved my keto & omad diet is working. I know i won't cheat with my birthday. I found pasta, pizza, chocolate, gummies, desserts and ice cream substitutes. No cravings even with all the easter sweets. I never was this heavy before, and i still want to lose 15-20 kg but i feel proud already 💪
