I know that. My point was just that willingness to go to court is unevenly distributed and not in the places I expected.

I think you overestimate the willingness of most publishers' legal departments to go to court. There are a handful of pubs that will do that, but the vast majority operate on the "anytime we set foot in a courtroom, we've already lost" theory.
The indies have comparatively nothing to lose.
Two minivans never seemed so big, but also they let us poke our heads into it immediately after they let us climb up into the Shuttle trainer, so it felt pretty snuggly in comparison.
They had one of the training mocks set up alongside the old Shuttle trainer and the training mocks for ISS, and I was shocked at how big it was, compared to the Apollo and Gemini capsules that they used to let kids sit in at science museums 🤦
I liked what they did in the full Astrobot game too, FWIW. The rest of it was fine to overdone.
Wait, what was the second game?
I'm really surprised that no one makes a string and socket only product for legacy ornaments.
Or alternately, makes a LED replacement kit for the old ornaments
Getting to see how NASA--both the astronauts and the team at Mission Control--are operating live all day every day is one of the biggest unexpected treats of this whole thing.
It was included for me, but Noctalia was not. The new installs are definitely better.
I need to spend some time cataloging the collection. There's a lot more of it than I realized in the garage :/
Have we gone full circle now? He startedf a war with Iran to distract from the Epstein files, and now the war has been such a catastrophe that they're bringing the Epstein files back up to distract from it.
I had an ASUS laptop for a bit that had a fabulous one. Did the IR illumination right and everything, but every other one I've tried to get work has been a mess on both Windows and Linux.
The difference with Howdy is that you're just kind of stuck with what you have in your laptop with that usually. Those cameras have so universally sucked for me that I wouldn't sully a USB port with one.
These fingerprint readers are cheap and readily available.
Thank you! Ordered!
Thank you for this! I’ve tried 15 different models from Amazon and Newegg and nothing is fprint compatible.
I didn’t realize they were assholes _and_ their coffee was bad.
OK, I missed that Oregon has a commemorative plate for the exploded whale, but this is incredible
I just brought it into The Full Nerd studio so that Adam could "appreciate" it.
I really like the design of the flower. I didn't realize how annoying it was going to be though.
Seems pretty self-explanatory to me.
A text message thread. The other party sent a message that says “the flower just woke up” and I responded “This is how you know the day has truly begun.” The background is my stupid face with a yellow filter over it.
My daughter is not a fan of the stupid Super Mario Wonder flower I bought.
I’m so disappointed.
That’s amazing!
Every time they park they have to pull out and go back in the other way
We all cope in our own ways but I don’t think eating metal is a good choice.
A blue Subaru hatchback with an Oregon license plate that just says USB on it. Presumably the owner of this car really REALLY likes USB.
Here it is:
I saw $7/gallon in San Francisco today.
I saw a car with an incredible license plate on the way home, but it doesn't feel right to post about it given *waves hands*
So we talked to the author of the 25th amendment. (89 years young!) And we went through the text. It solved a real problem, but it wasn't the problem we have right now. I'd like a deus ex machina for what we're going through too, but this ain't it.
