Yaaas, time and place for both. I love music streaming for finding new shit and being able to switch to a custom playlist easy but I get so distracted by every notification or ping, so the mp3 is great when I'm trying to be disconnected

I know everyone's brains and needs are different but if you're trying to cut down on screen time may I suggest alternate methods of listening to music? I bought an MP3 player and have a plug in cd/cassette player in my room and it's helped so much
