Put juice pulp in freezer bags for winter dinners.

Juiced some Nettle and put juice in ice trays then bagged it. Will be nice for a winter pick me up. Check out the health benefits for Nettle. Tastes like spinach.

Pickling eggs today then canning jars for the shelf. I water glassed some eggs and froze some eggs in ice trays. Canning season has started for me.

Geese do their morning mating. When the male goose called a gander finishes up on mating he yells triumphantly.

A male duck called a drake and a rooster was fighting this morning. Oddly the drake won. Rooster was contemplating round 2 but I called them off and they separated. Surprised at the drakes because the rooster can do allot of damage.
